INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion diced fine
2 slices bread
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/4 tablespoons poultry seasoning
3 medium potatoes peeled, cut into small pieces and boiled until tender but not mushy
1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
- In frying pan, cook meats with onions and add seaspning
- Drain excess fat, then put pan back over low-medium heat
- Break bread into bite-sized pieces and add to pan, stirring to mix in well with the seasoned meat
- Add cooked potatoes to pan along with the 1/2 cup of water, stirring to mix
- If the mix appears to dry, ass more water a little at a time but not more than an additional 1/2 cup
