Fat-free pancakes

Makes one large pancake

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup fat-free milk

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix together the dry ingredients
  2. Add vanilla
  3. Add milk a little at a time until you have a runny batter
  4. Pour into a hot pan and cook on each side
